Aedvices

Moirans, France – June 23, 2026 – Aedvices, a French company specializing in consulting, engineering services and professional training for microelectronics design, has appointed Sylvian Kaiser as its new Managing Director. Co-founder of DOCEA Power, acquired by Intel in 2015, he joins the company to strengthen its operational structure and support the growing demand for complex integrated circuit projects in France and internationally.

Structuring growth driven by international expansion

This appointment comes at a time of sustained growth for Aedvices, fueled in particular by its international development. The company expects to generate €3 million in revenue this year, representing 50% growth over the past two years.

International business now accounts for 35% of total revenue, including 22% generated in the United States, compared with 12% two years ago. This strong momentum reflects the successful expansion of Aedvices into the North American market.

As Managing Director, Sylvian Kaiser will oversee the development of Aedvices’ engineering services and consulting activities, with a strong focus on strengthening the company’s organization, enhancing the value of its internal expertise, and supporting its international expansion.

“We are entering a new phase of growth driven by international expansion, the rapid development of our training activities, and increasing market demand. Sylvian Kaiser’s appointment reflects a clear objective: strengthening our organization while maximizing the value of the expertise developed by our teams.” François Cerisier, CEO of Aedvices

Growing demand for advanced microelectronics expertise

Sylvian Kaiser’s appointment also comes at a favorable time for the microelectronics industry. The rapid adoption of artificial intelligence is driving demand for increasingly sophisticated semiconductor designs and advanced engineering expertise. At the same time, Europe continues to strengthen its semiconductor ecosystem and industrial capabilities.

For Aedvices, these market trends translate into growing demand for support on highly technical projects carried out in international environments.

Entrepreneurial and industrial expertise to accelerate Aedvices’ growth

Sylvian Kaiser’s background closely matches Aedvices’ strategic ambitions. As co-founder of DOCEA Power, a French company specializing in power and thermal modeling for semiconductor design, he helped build the company from its creation in 2006 through its acquisition by Intel Corporation in 2015.

As Chief Technology Officer, he played a key role in scaling the company, structuring its engineering organization, developing its intellectual property portfolio, and delivering value to an international customer base.

Following the acquisition, he continued his career at Intel, one of the world’s leading semiconductor companies, where he held several Engineering Manager positions.

“I have experienced every stage of building a technology company, from developing an offer to deploying it with international customers. Aedvices has built strong technical expertise and has significant growth potential. My role will be to help the company scale by strengthening its operations, expanding its service offering, and maximizing the value of its expertise.” Sylvian Kaiser, Managing Director of Aedvices

Confirming Aedvices’ international ambitions

This appointment also follows another important milestone for Aedvices: the recent hiring of the first employee at its newly established Swedish subsidiary. This expansion reinforces the company’s ambition to become a global engineering partner, supporting customers wherever they operate.

Over the coming year, Aedvices also plans to recruit around ten additional engineers and experts to strengthen its capabilities, support continued business growth, and develop new high-value services.

This new stage marks another important step in reinforcing Aedvices’ organization and accelerating its international development.
