Aedvices specializes in ICs, FPGAs and embedded systems Front-End Digital Design and Design Verification. We provide flexible solutions to our customers, ranging from turnkey design and verification options to dedicated consulting in design or verification as well as training solutions.
Our customer base spans from large semiconductor groups to small tech startups.
We support a wide range of projects in the automotive, big-data, artificial intelligence and energy sectors, such as the design of the control and acquisition systems of a weather satellite or the design of the Ips dedicated to datacenter performance.
To sustain our growth, we are looking for several experienced ASIC digital designers to join the team.
Your main responsibilities
As a key member of the design team, you will define SoC architectures and specify the blocks to be developed. You will be involved in ASIC development at the front end (Verilog and VHDL). You will collaborate with the verification team as well as with the backend teams of our partners and customers.
You will participate in one to two different projects per year, depending on their scope.
Is the job right for you?
To carry out your missions, you need to master several essential technical topics:
- System-On-Chip design
- CPU integration : RiscV or ARM type
- Complex IP implementation based on specifications
- RTL design (Verilog or VHDL, SystemVerilog design),
- CDC rules for multi-clock domain design
- Written and spoken English.
Other skills welcome:
- AMBA (AXI, APB, AHB, etc.) and expertise in on-chip interconnect buses
- PCIe-CXL, Ethernet, Bluetooth, and other communication protocols
- STA/timing closure
- Knowledge of SoC architecture
- Drafting IP specifications based on high-level requirements
For an efficient and fruitful collaboration, we expect you to:
- Have an engineering background or equivalent, and at least 5 years’ experience in verification,
- Be able to balance perfectionism and pragmatism!
- Be eager to learn new things, grow your skills and elaborate creative technical solutions,
- Be able to work in a team,
- Think “problem solving” and think “out of the box”,
- And last but not least: be committed to customers’ satisfaction.
