The positions we offer are primarily intended for engineers who already have experience in design or verification. The ability to understand an architecture as a whole, to structure an approach, and to question technical choices is essential.
We are therefore looking for self-motivated individuals who can interact with international teams and quickly adapt to complex technical environments.
Aedvices occasionally hires early-career professionals, providing structured support and access to internal training resources.
The fact that Aedvices delivers training to a wide range of companies and that I would have access to all of that knowledge was a key factor in my decision to join the company.

Graduated from Polytech’Sophia with a degree in microelectronics engineering, François Cerisier has built his career in design, verification, and management, both in France and internationally.
In 2012, Aedvices was founded with a clear mission: to provide technical expertise capable of structuring and securing projects.
Since then, the company has grown to bring together a team of experienced engineers who share the same level of expertise and commitment.
I founded Aedvices Consulting as an independent contractor. A few years later the company really started to take off and I hired my first employee. In 2017 we moved into our new, larger space at the Centr’Alp industrial park.
Given how rapidly we were growing, it was time to lay the foundations for the next phase in our development. We rebranded and ramped up our sales and marketing efforts in the Grenoble area and internationally. Today, we are a team of more than 20 professionals who share the same passion for our business.
